At Flounce London we hope that you are happy with your order but do understand that there are instances where you will need to return something to us. Returns are accepted within 28 days of the purchase date.
We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items, we only accept exchanges on sale items within 28 days of the purchase date.
Black Friday sale - We accept returns within 28 days of the purchase date.

How do i return an item?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 28 days of delivery.
If after receiving your goods you are unhappy for any reason and wish to ask for an exchange or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. You still have 28 days from the date of delivery to return the item after notification.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging. If we suspect it has been worn or used, a refund will be denied.
The goods must be in the original packaging with labels and tickets attached as received, unworn, and undamaged to be eligible for a refund.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning their unwanted item. Unless arranged otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please email us at info@info@flouncelondon.com to notify us of your wish to return and we will provide return instructions.
Please make sure you include your order number, the reason for return, and name on your return slip for us to refund you as quickly as possible.
Where do i send my return?
Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the order of your intention to return. You can email us at info@flouncelondon.com.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to cover the cost of returning unwanted items, so the postage cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.

How long will my refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will automatically apply the refund within 3-7 business days if your refund is approved. You will receive an email to confirm the refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your bank or payment provider will then take a few business days to process. Please follow up with them once you receive your notice of refund from Flounce London.
If your refund is not approved, we will email you to notify of the rejection within 2-4 business days of receipt of the goods.
My order is shipped. Can i get a refund before it is delivered?
An order cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour cancellation window. Once the item has shipped then there will be no refund issued until a return has been received by us in accordance with the returns policy. If you still wish to return the items after receiving them then you are covered by the 28-day returns policy.
We use reputable couriers such as Royal Mail, FedEX, DHL, DPD, and EVRI.
In rare cases, there might be a delay from a carrier. In those instances, we do not take responsibility for the delay. With the state of logistics and industrial action by postal companies, we are occasionally experiencing extensive delays from postal services & couriers. Refunds will not be issued for delays unless a parcel is confirmed by the carrier as lost.
What happens if i return an order after the 28 day return policy?
You mustnotify us within 14 days of your intention to return. If that window passes, your return will not be accepted. If we receive your orderafter the 28 day return periodis over we will not accept the return.
Is there anything i cant return?
We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items, you can however exchange a sale item that is the same price.
Please note that monogrammed, personalised, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
I have changed my mind. Can i cancel my order?
You have a 24-hour cancellation window within which to change your mind and cancel your order. Once the window is closed then your order is processed and the cancellation period is finished.
If you change your mind after this period, then you will need to wait to receive your items and then arrange to return the goods upon receipt. See the Returns procedure for more detail.
How can i change my order?
You have 24 hours to make any changes to your order. Please email us with your order number, name, and your request and we will process the change and confirm by reply.
My order arrived damaged, what can i do?
If your item arrives damaged, please accept our sincere apologies. It is very disappointing for everyone but sadly this does sometimes happen.
To return a damaged or faulty item is free of charge. Please email our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your damaged delivery. Remember to include your name, order number, photos of the damaged item, and your refund/replacement request in your email. We will then arrange your desired outcome with you and confirm the next steps.
Please do not return damaged items outside your email communication with our customer care and under their direction as we are unable to refund any return costs.
